Dr. Zagalsky helps high-tech companies overcome their product development and marketing challenges by providing coaching and/or interim leadership in the areas of engineering and program management, product marketing, and new business development. He provides a level of expertise and experience that many companies cannot support on an on-going basis. In addition to a strong track record in the development and market introduction of leading edge high-tech products, he has a Ph.D. in Communications & Control Systems Engineering and extensive strategic planning experience.

·         Director of Marketing (Industrial Controls)

·         Director of Corporate (Strategic) Planning

·         General Manager (Secure Communications) 

More recently:

·         Vice President of Engineering for BE Aerospace, a manufacturer of In-Flight Entertainment Equipment

• Principal of High-Tech Focus, a product development and marketing consulting firm, whose major client is a leading telecommunications manufacturer

His background encompasses 25 years of high-tech business management experience, including over 15 years with Honeywell, Inc., in such positions as Director of Corporate (Strategic) Planning, General Manager, Director of Marketing, and Director of Engineering. He has a Ph.D. in Communications & Control Systems Engineering.
