He speaks and trains public groups on winning marketing and sales techniques. Past speaking engagements include the Institute of Management Consultants, Inventors Forum, U.S. Small Business Administration, California Society of CPA, Computer Resource Association, Pinnacle Group International, The Harvard Business School Alumni's Entrepreneur's Conference and the Association of Professional Consultants. Prior to establishing his own consulting practice, Brad worked for a number of firms in the computer industry. Past employers include Fortune 250 companies such as Burroughs, (Unisys) and Tektronix. Among the positions held were Account Manager, Sales Trainer, Boeing National Account Manager, Asia/Pacific Marketing Manager, Senior District Manager, Worldwide Manager of Training and Sales Operations and Regional Sales Manager. Some of the awards he has won are President's Honor Roll (Burroughs), 100% Club (Tektronix) and The Masters Program (Tektronix). Brad holds a B.Sc. in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University. He has both taken and taught multiple sales and marketing courses since college. Additionally, he is a certified industrial training leader. Some of the courses he has taught are Professional Sales Skills (Xerox), Telephone Sales Skills, Strategic Selling (Miller Heiman), Professional Presentation Techniques and Selling for the Non-salesperson. Brad is the past president of the Association of Professional Consultants. He is also the past president of the Orange County chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth.
