Mr. Castro serves as a consultant to Products 2 Market Corporation and has fourteen years experience in marketing electronic toll systems for Hughes Aircraft, now Raytheon, Mark IV Corporation and Cubic Corporation. He played a key role in winning the inter-agency contract to supply transponders and readers to the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and other eastern seaboard states. He was the marketing manager responsible for winning the Marshall Rondon electronic toll road project in Sao Paulo Brazil. He was the marketing manager for Raytheon for the countries of Chile, Brazil and Mexico. He is fluent in the languages of Spanish and Portuguese and served in the US Embassy in Brazil for three years as a naval attaché. He served as a naval aviator for twenty years. He holds BS in engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MA in international relations from American University.
